BECOMING explores the relationship between perception and growth.
Within the original composition, an eye and a leaf exist simultaneously. The pupil becomes a seed, a line becomes a stem, and what first appears to be an eye begins to reveal something living and growing.
The idea is simple: what we see shapes what grows within us, and what grows within us changes the way we see.
About the Tote
This red edition transforms BECOMING into a bolder, more graphic expression of the original work. Rather than simply reproducing the artwork on a neutral surface, the color becomes part of the wearable interpretation, giving the piece a distinct identity while preserving the meaning of the original.
